Simply browse our website, select the item(s) you like, choose the size/color if applicable, and click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”. Go to your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout”, fill in your delivery details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.
You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been packed or shipped from our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Support team immediately with your Order ID for assistance.
Inside Dhaka city, the delivery charge is 70 BDT, and outside Dhaka (all over Bangladesh), it is 120 BDT. (Note: You can update these rates based on your actual shipping policy).
Typically, orders within Dhaka are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For orders outside Dhaka, it takes around 3 to 5 business days.
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link/ID via SMS or email. If you have an account, you can also track your order status directly from your dashboard.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request an exchange or return within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
